Placing an order

4basebio is committed to delivering its products and services to our customers globally, aiming for the fastest delivery possible, regardless of our customers’ geographic location.

We accept orders by email and phone. We will confirm receipt of orders placed and we will notify you upon dispatch of your order. Tracking details are available upon request, please email orders@4basebio.com

Information required to place an order:

To be able to process your order we require the following information:

• Quantities and product code(s)
• Contact person
• Billing address and shipping address
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Quote Reference* (where appropriate)
• Purchase Order number
• VAT (value added tax) number (if applicable)
• TIN (tax identification number) number (if applicable)

* you must provide your quote reference for custom work and discounted orders.

Purchase Orders

If your organization uses Purchase Order numbers, please, include it within your order.

Payment types:

4basebio accepts payment by bank and wire transfers. Payment information is detailed on the invoice sent to you on dispatch of your order.

For new customers of 4basebio, payment may be required upon placing the order prior to dispatch, for the first three orders.

VAT charges

For customers in Spain: we must charge VAT unless your organization is VAT exempt. If your organization is VAT exempt, we will require a copy of your VAT exemption certificate with your order.

For EU customers outside of Spain: we don’t charge VAT to customers outside of Spain, but we will require a VAT number.

4basebio’s Global Distributor Network

Ordering direct through 4basebio is available for the majority of countries worldwide. Alternatively, 4basebio has a large global distribution network. Contact our team at info@4basebio.com  to know the distributor in your area.

Shipping costs varies according location and product ordered.

If you require shipment on your own courier account, please clearly inform our team when placing your order and ensure the courier name and account number is included.
