4BB™ SunScript® Reverse Transcriptase RNaseH- is a reverse transcriptase that has been engineered for high thermostability and absence of RNaseH activity. It has RNA and DNA dependent polymerase activity. The enzyme is active up to temperatures of 85°C. The elimination of RNaseH activity provides this enzyme with the best performance to allow high yields of full length cDNA synthesis on long RNA molecules with complex secondary structures.
