Whole Genome Amplification Real Time Coverage Analysis
A ready to use set of PCR primers in a convenient 96 well plate format, paired with optimized qPCR reagents. The plate includes four identical sets of 24 different primer pairs that will amplify small portions from each human chromosome, whilst allowing the real time coverage analysis of four independent single cell whole genome amplifications.
The optimized qPCR reagents (e.g. 4BB™ qCovCheckTM Master Mix: Hot Start Taq DNA polymerase, SYBR Green I, reaction buffer and dNTPs) mean that the 4BB™ qPCR CovCheckTM kit is an easy and convenient approach to getting the best from your single cell experiments, by enabling visualization of specific targets whilst minimizing costs.
